Atlite Skylites

Atlite Skylites incorporates Ashton Natural Lighting, bringing together two of the biggest names in quality natural lighting solutions for commercial and domestic applications and over 30 years experience as the industry leader.

Glazing
Atlite Skylites cover a wide range of Skylight Glazings, from the 5 Star Energy Rated, Double Glazed Glass Energilite, through to the Solar-Controller-Lite, Dayliter and Dayliter Plus for thermal protection, and then to the more generic form of skylight glazings such as the self cleaning, Econolite, the high impact acrylic Domelite or the polycarbonate Polylite. Both of the latter models are available in Clear as preferred. To complete the vast range there is also the Tubelite.

Flashings
The dome & base assembly is manufactured from heavy duty galvanised steel, with all exposed joints spot welded and solder sealed, painted to restore overall finish. Flashings are manufactured in Zincalume as standard or or Colourbond to match roof colour. For a safer environment, lead flashing used on tile roof assemblies has a thermo-baked acrylic coating. The lead itself is heavy duty, 15 Kg/m. For metal deck roofs we use a plumbing standard upstand flashing and gutter strip. Dome trims are fully interlocked a each corner. (Separate comer fixings are not acceptable as they do not provide sufficiently secure fixings).

Australian Standard Testing (AS 4285)
We are able to offer skylight units tested in accordance with AS 4285 - SKYLIGHTS. This further ensures that the product is manufactured to the highest standards and then subjected to a rigorous testing program that includes impact resistance and driven rain tests.

Reflective Light Shafts
As standard our conventional Skylight system such as Econolite, Domelite, Dayliter and Polylite use silver reflective fibreboard for maximum efficiency. These are installed with steel-reinforced corners and can be flared to provide a greater opening at ceiling level.  Tubelite uses a highly reflective tubular shaft. The 5 Star energy-rated Energilite would normally have an open shaft in a material that best compliments the surroundings.

Light Diffusers
As standard they are clear prismatic or open grid, depending on the venting arrangement. We can offer a variety of optional diffusers including our vented prismatic diffuser or the very attractive Designerlite range of diffuser panels to add that personalised touch to the skylight. (Not required for the Energilite.)

Ceiling Surrounds
As standard they are manufactured from aluminium and finished in a high-gloss white baked enamel. Natural Timber finish is available as an optional extra. Not required for the Energilite. Tubelite has a circular white plastic surround.

Installation
Atlite can install any of our skylight systems using qualified installation tradesmen. Being qualified, our tradesmen ensure the job is done to a standard not just to price. Cut rafters or ceiling joists are fully trimmed out during the installation, so as to retain the structural integrity of the roof structure. It is in everyone's best interests to have full responsibility for the skylight product and installation resting with the manufacturer.

Guarantee
As standard we guarantee the performance and the quality of the materials, and the installation carried out by our servants or agents for Ten (10) Years, after the supply and/or installation date, whichever is applicable. 

Showroom and Factory
Visitors to our showroom are always welcome to see first hand our range of products. A tour through our manufacturing facility can also be arranged.

Size Range
Atlite has without doubt the most extensive range of products in the industry. We can offer Square, Rectangular, or Tube type skylights in a vast range or sizes and glazings. Special sizes are available on request.
