Glazing

Atlite Skylights manufacture a wide range of glazed skylights and rooflights.  From the 5-star energy-rated, double-glazed energiLite, through the thermally efficient Solar-Controller-Lite, Dayliter and Dayliter Plus to the traditional glazed skylights such as the self cleaning, Econolite, the high impact acrylic Domelite or the polycarbonate Polylite.  Completing the comprehensive range there is the flexible shaft Tubelite.

Flashings

The dome & base assembly is manufactured from heavy duty galvanised (Zincalume) steel, with exposed joints spot welded and silicone sealed, primed and painted to restore overall finish.  Flashings are manufactured in Zincalume as standard or optionally in Colourbond to match roof colour.  Our eco-friendly, heavy duty, 15kg/m lead flashing recommended for use on tile roof assemblies has a thermo-baked acrylic coating.  For metal deck roofs we provide a standard plumbing upstand flashing and gutter strip.  Dome trims are fully interlocked at each corner.  (Separate corner fixings do not provide sufficiently secure fixings).

Australian Standards Compliance

Atlite skylights are tested in accordance with Australian Standard AS 4285 - SKYLIGHTS.  This ensures that our skylights meet or exceed the highest national standards.  Atlite skylights are also subject to a rigorous scrutiny including impact resistance and driven rain penetration tests.

Reflective Light Shafts

Our conventional skylight systems such as Econolite, Domelite, Dayliter and Polylite use silver reflective fibreboard light shafts for maximum efficiency.  These are installed with steel-reinforced corners and can be flared to provide a greater opening at ceiling level.  Tubelite uses a highly reflective tubular shaft.  The 5-star energy-rated Energilite would normally have an open shaft in a material best suited to the installation.

Light Diffusers

Our standard light diffusers are clear prismatic or open grid patterns, depending on the venting arrangement of the skylight.  We offer a variety of optional diffusers including our vented prismatic diffuser or the very attractive Designerlite range of diffuser panels to add a personalised touch to the skylight.  Light diffusers are integrated on the energiLite skylight.

Ceiling Surrounds

Our standard ceiling surround is aluminium finished in a high-gloss white baked enamel.  Natural timber finish is available as an optional extra.  Not required for the energiLite.  Tubelite has a circular white plastic surround.

Installation

Atlite will install any of our skylight systems using qualified installation tradesmen.  Employing our specially-trained tradesmen ensures the job is done to the highest possible standard and not just to a price.  Our installers know the best ways to install our skylights in any given situation and take care to attend to details like trimming around cut rafters and joists to retain structural integrity.  Employing our installers places full responsibility for the complete job from supply through installation in Atlite alone.  You can be confident that every aspect of your skylight installation will be as good as possibly can be.

Guarantee

We guarantee the performance and the quality of the materials, and the installation carried out by our servants or agents for Ten (10) Years, after the supply and/or installation date, whichever is applicable.

Without doubt Atlite Skylights has most extensive range of products in the industry.  We offer Square, Rectangular, or Tube type skylights in a wide range of sizes and glazing materials.  Custom sizes are available on request.
